1. DELIVERY

Delivery Zones

Tama Cookies delivers its products in mainland France (excluding Corsica and French overseas departments and territories). For deliveries outside this area, please contact our customer service to study the possibilities.

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Delivery : Colissimo to your home without signature, Colissimo to your home with signature, and delivery to a collection point

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery : Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery area. The exact amount will be indicated at the time of order validation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.

2. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, perishable products, such as frozen food products, do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. Consequently, no request for return or refund for change of mind can be accepted after the order has been shipped.

Defective Products or Delivery Errors

If, despite all the care taken in preparing your orders, you receive a defective product or one that does not correspond to your order:

  1. Notification : Contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package at the email address: contact@tamacookies.com providing your order number, photos of the product concerned and a description of the problem encountered.
  2. Complaint Processing : After analyzing your complaint, we will offer you, depending on the case, a replacement of the product or a refund.

Cancellation of Order

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service at contact@tamacookies.com or by phone at [Phone number]. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you, and the refund will be made within 14 days.
