These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the relations between the company TAMA, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered in the Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 930 470 299 00015, whose head office is located at 10 chemin de la buissonnerie, 78610 Les Bréviaires, France, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the user") wishing to access the TAMA Cookies website or use the services offered by the company.

By accessing the website or using the services of TAMA Cookies, the user unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.

2. Purpose

5. Orders

Orders are placed directly on the TAMA Cookies website. The user must follow the online ordering process, providing the information necessary for billing and delivery. Once the order has been validated, the user will receive a confirmation email.

Orders are fulfilled within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of the product after placing the order, TAMA Cookies will inform the user by email and will offer a refund or exchange.

6. Prices and payment terms

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified when ordering and depend on the destination.

Payment is made online, via the secure payment methods offered on the TAMA Cookies website. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.

7. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the user when ordering. TAMA Cookies undertakes to deliver orders within the timeframes indicated when ordering, subject to stock availability.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the user will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel the order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days. The user will then be reimbursed within 14 days following the cancellation.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, perishable products such as food products do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. However, in the event of a problem with the order (damaged product, order error), the user is invited to contact TAMA Cookies customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.

9. Liability

TAMA Cookies cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, customers, data, or any other intangible loss, which may occur due to the use or the inability to use the site or the services offered.

In particular, TAMA Cookies cannot be held responsible for the improper use of the products ordered, improper storage of the products, or failure to follow cooking instructions.

10. Protection of personal data

The information collected by TAMA Cookies during any order by the user is necessary for the management of the order. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, the user has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete personal data concerning him/her.

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
