Why Tama?

My name is Marianne Heilès, and after three years of training at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie and working as a trainer at the Lenôtre school, I created my company, Tama.

I wanted to create a new way of consuming pastries at home: a more lively approach, fresher desserts, with better products.

It's a bit like you and I baking together!

You discover the raw dough, the raw materials used, we are far from the products that we can buy ready-made in supermarkets in which we can find many additives and preservatives.

How you prepare it is entirely up to you, whether you like it crispy or half-cooked, whether it is for snacks, festive dinners, a dessert...

It has many facets and can be adapted to everyone's tastes, that's the cookie I wanted to create!

We are united

For each product sold, we commit to donating to a different medical association each year. At Tama, our wish is to be able to give visibility to diseases that we don't particularly think about, and to allow associations to do more prevention.
