We use organic coffee from Arlo's coffee (Yvelines) and almonds from Valencia (Spain).

Preparation
To prepare the cookies, nothing could be simpler:
Preheat your oven to 170°C. Place the still frozen cookies on your baking sheet covered with baking paper. As the cookies naturally spread during cooking, space them out enough so that they do not stick together while cooking (we recommend leaving a space of at least 13 cm between each cookie) Bake and cook for 13 to 18 minutes depending on your oven and your tastes!
The cookies should be golden on the edges, but still soft in the center (they will harden after baking)

- Cookie dough: Sugars (white sugar, brown sugar), traditional flour, baking powder, salt, butter, pasteurized free-range eggs, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cane sugar), milk chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract), Arlo's Coffee.
- Coffee praline: White sugar, Arlo's Coffee beans, Valancia almonds, Grapeseed oil.
