The ingredients
Sugars (white sugar, brown sugar), traditional flour, baking powder, salt, butter 82% fat, free-range pasteurized whole eggs, organic and fair trade dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cane sugar), organic and fair trade milk chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, cane sugar, milk powder, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract)
Preparation
To prepare the cookies, nothing could be simpler:
Preheat your oven to 170°C. Place the still frozen cookies on your baking sheet covered with baking paper. As the cookies naturally spread during cooking, space them out enough so that they do not stick together while cooking (we recommend leaving a space of at least 13 cm between each cookie) Bake and cook for 13 to 18 minutes depending on your oven and your tastes!
The cookies should be golden on the edges, but still soft in the center (they will harden after baking)
